Services Offered / Limitations

ZipResume Corp does not provide legal services and/or legal advice. The subscription service allows users to connect directly with legal experts around the world.

Delivery Policy

Within seven business days of paying the processing fee, ZipResume Corp will receive their online access. Refund Policy

Please note that this service is non-refundable from the date of registration. A refund request must be submitted via email ([email protected]) for wrongful charge or charge arising from fraudulent use of your credit card, the credit card issuer must be contacted immediately before any disputes opened with ZipResume Corp.

This Agreement is between you ("You"), the purchaser of products or services on this web site and ZipResume Corp. ("Us", "We", "Our" or the "Supplier"). All orders and purchases made through www.ZipResume.com (the "Site") are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this agreement (the "Agreement"). The effective date of this Agreement is when You accept this Agreement in accordance with the procedure set out below.

We offer two types of Resumes Packages. Monthly subscription of $12.99 and yearly subscription of $60.

Contract and Governing Law

Your account will be disabled and refund NOT granted if you are found to have solicited any ZipResume Corp to pay for products, ask for Credit Card information, pay for a products other than what is supplied by ZipResume CORP directly, advertise other services, use languages that are offensive in nature, slander and defame ZipResume CORP and its employers, harassment of other ZipResume Corp, complaints and report abuse notifications from other ZipResume Corp, if received.

Service Eligibility. You represent and warrant that you (a) are not under the age of 18; (b) have not previously been suspended or removed from ZipResume Corp; (c) are not a direct competitor of ZipResume CORP; (d) do not have more than one ZipResume CORP account at any given time; and (e) that you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party. (e) Are not a spammer and here with the sole intention to promote or defame or negatively promote ZipResume CORP. In addition, you must provide all equipment and software necessary to connect to ZipResume CORP, including, but not limited to adequate Internet browsing tools, software’s and connection.

Indemnify us: You have to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any damages, losses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) related to third party claims, charges or investigations, caused by (a) your failure to comply with this Agreement, including, without limitation, your submission of content that violates third party rights or applicable laws, (b) any content you submit to ZipResume CORP or (c) any activity in which you engage on or through ZipResume CORP.

Pay: If you subscribe to any services that we offer for a charge, you will pay the applicable fees (including, without limitation, fees for ZipResume Corp accounts) plus all related taxes and ZipResume Corp us for any collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts.

Photograph Liability

ZipResume CORP does not take any responsibility or agree to be held liable for the safety of individuals creating profile pictures or attachments of personal pictures on the website. We make reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of all candidates. Any contact information is only given to legal experts with contractual agreements in place. It is solely the applicant’s responsibility to accept or reject any solicitation for employment by any parties claiming to be our legal expert or free-lance agents or consultant. By filling out this feature, applicants accept any and all liability or risks associated with the creation of a profile picture. Applicants should not under any circumstances include their personal information or email address or their legal experts name while creating a profile that is viewed on the main site by all public accessing this website.

Terms and Methods of Payment

A recurring ZipResume Corp fee of $12.99 monthly or $60 yearly auto-renewable ("Fee") must be paid by all ZipResume Corp using this website.

All ZipResume Corp and services details can be found on the website and should be reviewed prior to making any payment. Your acceptance to receive such services shall be deemed from your payment for such services.

ALL PAYMENT METHODS ARE AS DESCRIBED ON THE SITE. FAILURE TO PAY ANY REQUIRED FEE SHALL PERMIT THE SUPPLIER TO CEASE PROVIDING ANY AND ALL SERVICES TO YOU.

Provision of Services

You are required to pay all costs relating to your access of the Internet and the Site.

You will receive access immediately or within seven business days of paying the applicable fees relating to your ZipResume Corp. This access can be used to access your online account and use services such as Online Creation of Profile. You may also check the status of your ZipResume Corp by e-mailing [email protected]

No Liability

The information gathered on this site includes, but is not limited to, the following: The website collects names, e-mail addresses and domain names during the registration process. We also obtain users' e-mail addresses and other attached information when they send us e-mails. Our system also uses browser cookies to track a user's path through the Site. THIS SECTION SHALL SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OR EXPIRY OF THIS AGREEMENT.
